Ukraine International Airlines changes loyalty programs conditions for individual and corporate members and offers a new, transparent and understandable system of accumulation and using of bonus miles.
Effective 01 January 2019, the number of miles credited to the member’s account for the flight no longer depends on the distance between the airports of departure and arrival in miles and the booking class, and will depend on the air ticket cost. Miles will be credited for air tickets on all UIA own regular flights purchased at any fare, including low-cost.
Panorama Club Classic and Panorama Club Premium cardholders will earn miles for each 1 USD spent on an air ticket, and will get 5 and 7 miles respectively. Effective 01 January 2019, a new Panorama Club Elite membership level will be introduced, for which the passenger will need to accumulate 40,000 status miles or complete 50 flight segments in one calendar year. Panorama Club Elite members will receive 10 miles for each 1 USD spent on an air ticket, as well as enjoy additional benefits traveling on UIA flights.
From now on, members will be able to get benefits instantly using miles already during the next trip, paying any part of an air ticket fare. Full or partial payment of air ticket by miles in the proportion of 100 miles to pay each 1 USD will be available for tickets for all UIA own regular flights at any time.
Members retain the opportunity to earn miles for purchasing UIA additional services and accumulate 7 miles for each 1 USD spent on the following services with advance payment: excess baggage, pre-ordered meals, seat selection in the cabin, unaccompanied minors service and pets’ transportation in the cabin. Also, each member will still be able to earn miles on every stage of the journey with Panorama Club partner-companies: for hotel stays, purchasing goods and services in online stores worldwide, car rental and transfer services and much more.
