Turkey-bound Flights from Kharkiv Resumed

Scheduled and charter Turkey-bound flights from Kharkiv have been resumed on 1 July. After suspension due to the quarantine, the first charter flights to Antalya have departed from the Kharkiv International Airport today. The SkyUp Airlines flight departed at 00:05, and the Azur Air Ukraine one at 5:00. UAI and Windrose Airlines are also planning to resume their charter flights on this route soon.

In addition to Antalya, passengers flying from Kharkiv can now get to Istanbul, too: Pegasus Airlines has resumed its scheduled flights. Its first plane will arrive at the Kharkiv International Airport at 18:35 on 1 July and depart for Istanbul at 19:35. The flights will be scheduled four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Starting 16 July, the tourists can also hop on direct charter flights to Dalaman (Azur Air Ukraine) and Bodrum (Azur Air Ukraine, UIA). Their schedule is available on the airport’s website.

Turkey accepts passengers from Ukraine without COVID-19 testing and observation measures. The returning Ukrainian citizens will not have to go into self-isolation either since Turkey has joined the green zone of countries with less than 40 active cases per 100,000 population.
