VIK Cars Retro Museum Opens in Lviv

On October 6, a new retro car museum, VIK Cars, opened in Lviv, bringing a unique private collection of vintage automobiles to western Ukraine. The collection belongs to Viktor Karachun, co-founder of the ATB Corporation, and was previously displayed in Dnipro before being relocated due to the full-scale war.

According to the museum’s director, the opening in Lviv marks a “second life” for the exhibition. The team not only transported the cars but also created a new, modern space that blends history, technology, and art into one experience.

Inside the Exhibition

The museum occupies more than 1,600 square meters and features over 30 retro cars, each with its own story. Among the highlights are a 1925 Packard Single Eight and a 1959 Ford Galaxie Skyliner, famous for its innovative retractable hardtop roof mechanism that folds into the trunk.

VIK Cars is designed not only as an exhibition space but also as a multifunctional venue for photo sessions, cultural gatherings, and themed events. Visitors can admire the craftsmanship of classic automobiles while immersing themselves in the elegance of past eras.

Location and Visitor Information

VIK Cars Museum is located in Lviv, in the village of Sokilnyky, at 32 Stryiska Street, next to the King Cross Leopolis shopping center.

Visitors are encouraged to check the museum’s official pages for updated opening hours and ticket prices before visiting.
