SkyUp Airlines has officially launched its new route between Chișinău and Tel Aviv, operating the inaugural flight today and expanding its network with a destination expected to attract both leisure and religious travel demand. The airline will serve the route twice weekly during the winter season, with flights scheduled on Thursdays and Sundays.
Beginning in the summer 2026 season, SkyUp will increase the frequency to four weekly flights, adding Tuesday and Wednesday services. Full schedules and ticket purchase options are now available via the airline’s official website at skyup.aero.
Daria Alieksieinko, director of regular flights at SkyUp Airlines, said the new service marks an important milestone in the carrier’s Chișinău operations. “We expect steady demand on this route — from those visiting family or traveling for religious purposes, to leisure and business travelers alike,” she said. She also noted Chișinău’s strategic role as a convenient gateway for travel to Ukraine and Eastern Europe, positioning the new route as a blend of accessibility and opportunity for passengers.
By summer 2026, SkyUp expects to be offering more than 30 destinations as part of its ongoing expansion plans, underscoring the airline’s continued growth ambitions.
