July 29th, Odesa airport has completed transferring domestic departure flights to the new terminal building.
Passengers of Motor Sich airline were the first to use a new departure lounge — on July 18th they embarked to Kyiv Sikorsky airport. Motor Sich flights were followed by SkyUp airline: on July 25th its flight departed to Kharkiv, on July 28th — to Kyiv (“Borispil”). Since July 29th, the new terminal serves UIA passengers for domestic flights. The first flight departed at 7 am to “Borispil” airport with 176 passengers aboard.
As planned, the transfer of flights is carried out in several stages and will be completed within a few months. After domestic flights transfer, international flights transfer will begin.
“The new terminal will provide our passengers with high quality service and comfortable modern conditions. I am sure that each of them will find a lot of advantages”, — pointed out the Director of Odesa International Airport, Pavlo Prusak.
