Kyiv International Airport: Passenger Traffic Increased by 52% in 2018

In 2018, passenger traffic at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) increased by 51.9% and amounted to 2.812 million people. 2.727 million passengers were carried on international routes, 84.8 thousand passengers – on domestic routes. A total of 30,248 flights were operated in 2018, which is 30.1% more than in 2017. 

The most popular international destinations in 2018 were Minsk (Belarus), Sharm el-Sheik (Egypt), Warsaw (Poland),  Ankara (Turkey), Dubai (UAE), Antalya (Tukey) and Rome (Italy). The most popular domestic destinations- Odesa, Zaporizhzhya, and Lviv.
