New Domestic Flight Regulations in Ukraine

Starting 21 October, domestic passenger transportation regulations come into force in Ukraine. They apply to air transport, too. One of the following will thus be required to board a plane:

A full COVID-19 vaccination certificate
A proof of vaccination if you had only one dose
A declaration of the negative result for a COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the day of departure
A declaration of the negative result for a SARS-CoV-2 antigen express test taken no more than 72 hours before the day of departure

All domestic, international, and foreign vaccination certificates indicated by the World Health Organization as valid for emergency situations will be accepted.

The new regulations apply to both Ukrainian and foreign citizens but are not mandatory for passengers under 18 years old. So, if you are planning to travel by plane or buying tickets, make sure to satisfy these requirements.
