Ukrainians are raising a glass to a new favorite. According to fresh data from Poster, the cocktail Gin Tonic has officially overtaken Aperol Spritz to become the most-ordered drink in Ukrainian bars and restaurants between September 2024 and September 2025.
The report marks the first time in years that Aperol Spritz has been dethroned, signaling a shift toward simpler, classic cocktails.
Classic Comebacks
The trend extends beyond Gin Tonic. Mojito climbed to fifth place in popularity, while Sex on the Beach reappeared in the top rankings after being absent last year. Despite changing tastes, the most profitable cocktails for venues remain Gin Tonic, Aperol Spritz, and Negroni — staples that continue to drive revenue across seasons.
