In Ukraine 30 years after the nuclear accident, the infamous Chernobyl nuclear plant has become a tourist attraction. Despite the radiation being higher than normal, thousands of tourists take the trip every year.
The first hostel in Pripyat was opened this summer. Located in the former hotel “Polesie”, the facility can accommodate 100 tourists. Despite the fact that the object is referred to the category of hostels, it has single and double rooms. Each room features TV, shower, toilet, comfortable furniture and free internet access.
