Chornomorka has launched its own farm because in-house production helps remove part of the middlemen and stabilize costs. The key focus – and the foundation of the farm’s entire technological and economic model – is mussels.
However, the farm is not limited to shellfish. Sea bass and gilthead seabream are also being raised there.
The first deliveries are expected as early as March. And starting in May, visitors will be able to come to the farm, see everything with their own eyes, and feel the sea even closer.
