Ukraine’s Highest Ski Resort Dragobrat Put Up for Sale for 2.75 Million Dollars

The Dragobrat ski resort in Zakarpattia has been put up for sale for 2.75 million dollars (nearly 116 million UAH). The listing, published on OLX on 18 November, offers the corporate rights of TOV “Dragobrat,” the company that operates the mountain area.

Co-owner Ivan Zezekalo confirmed the decision to sell, explaining that the current ownership structure has become difficult to manage. The primary shareholders live in Poltava and Kyiv regions, and after the deaths of the original founders – the Bidnyi brothers – the logistics of running the business have grown increasingly complicated.

Dragobrat’s main advantage as an asset is its location. Sitting at 1,300–1,700 meters above sea level, it is the highest ski resort in Ukraine. The elevation ensures consistent natural snow, which remains the key economic driver.

According to Zezekalo, the business is profitable, with ski lifts operating without the need for artificial snowmaking. In 2024, TOV “Dragobrat” generated more than 5.5 million UAH in revenue and recorded over 750,000 UAH in net profit.
