Ukrainian logistics operator Nova Poshta has launched a new service called “Hands-Free”, designed to simplify travel by allowing guests to send their luggage directly from a hotel and receive it at home or another preferred location.
The service is offered at a fixed rate of 399 hryvnias per item listed on a single express waybill. Each piece of luggage can weigh up to 32 kilograms. For holders of Mastercard World Elite and World Black Edition cards, the service is provided free of charge.
“Hands-Free” is currently available at selected hotels across Ukraine. The full list of participating properties is published on Nova Poshta’s website and currently includes around 40 hotels nationwide.
Travellers can choose to have their luggage delivered to a Nova Poshta branch, a parcel locker, or directly by courier to a specified address, offering flexibility depending on individual needs.
According to the company, luggage registered for shipment before 12:00 will be dispatched on the same day, making the service particularly attractive for travellers checking out of hotels and heading straight to the airport or railway station without carrying heavy bags.
The launch reflects growing demand for travel-related logistics solutions that reduce physical strain and improve convenience, especially for business travellers, families and those combining multiple destinations within Ukraine.
