Ukrzaliznytsia launched a new Kharkiv – Dnipro train with number 295/296, providing a night alternative for travel between the two largest cities in eastern Ukraine.
The train will depart from Kharkiv every even-numbered day at 23:40 and arrive in Dnipro at 05:05 the next morning. In the opposite direction, from Dnipro, the train will depart every odd-numbered day at 23:40 and arrive in Kharkiv at 05:05 the next day.
Kharkiv – Dnipro train will stop at the stations Merefa, Lykhachove, Lozova, Pavlohrad, and Synelnykove-2. The train will consist of compartments of different categories, including platzkart, coupe, and deluxe. The inaugural journey will be for March 2 from Kharkiv and March 3 from Dnipro.
On February 7, the Ukrainian Railways launched an online service for ticket refund claims. Now, it is no longer necessary to fill out a paper application.
