The new service began on June 3, 2025, and operates three times per week—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays—offering a convenient and affordable link between southern Poland and the vibrant Spanish capital.
This latest addition follows the recent launch of routes from Katowice to Chișinău in Moldova and Pisa in Italy, which started on June 1 and 2 respectively. The Katowice–Madrid route is part of Wizz Air’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in Poland.
