Reikartz Hotels Improved Hygiene Standart

Having thoroughly studied the information about the spread of the infection, the recommendations of leading experts and governmental organizations – the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the WHO, Reikartz Hotels have strengthened the existing procedures and protocols in order to provide comfortable and safe conditions for guests.

A number of security measures have been taken at all Reikartz Hotel Group facilities:

Employee safety

Reikartz provided each employee with personal protective equipment – masks and gloves, as well as regularly monitor their health by measuring the temperature at the beginning and end of the shift. In order to be informed, each employee is regularly trained and updated.

Surrounding area

The Group has equipped the areas of hotels and restaurants with sanitary stations with disinfectant, as well as installed information boards for guests with the rules of conduct in the hotel and sanitary and hygienic requirements. Reikartz also marked public areas to keep a distance.

Security in hotels and restaurants

The frequency of cleaning public areas has been increased. For cleaning and disinfection the company uses hotels and restaurants use professional products of European production with the relevant conclusions of the SES and a certificate of disinfectants.

Linen and terry products are processed at high temperatures by professional certified means of European production with mandatory ironing.

Restaurants operate according to strictly regulated requirements of state norms and are built on observance of the bases of HACCP standards. Guest service format has changed its format. There are summer terraces and takeaway orders.
