Russia fired two rockets near a hotel in the city center of Kharkiv.
At the moment, there are 10 casualties. Among the wounded are a Turkish citizen and a Georgian citizen, both representing Turkish media.
Kharkiv Palace, another hotel in Kharkiv, was destroyed 10 days ago, injuring 21 people, including a German journalist and two boys, 14 and 16 years old.
