The Kyiv Digital application has introduced a service for finding available parking spaces, as announced by the head of digital transformation in Kyiv, Petro Olenych. To check for available spaces, users need to open the parking map within the application. The spaces will be indicated by colored markers:
Green: more than 70% of spaces available
Yellow: 40-70% of spaces available
Red: last remaining spaces
Grey: all spaces occupied
By clicking on a specific parking area, users can see the number of available spaces. Currently, the service is available for 54 parking areas in the first parking zone. Cameras installed in these areas monitor occupancy and transmit information in real-time.
