Popular Ukrainian seafood chain Chernomorka has officially opened its first restaurant in Lutsk, launching on May 23 at Molodi Avenue. Known for its fresh seafood and coastal-inspired cuisine, the brand continues its expansion across Ukraine and beyond.
The kitchen at the new location is led by Chef Vadym Marchuk, who will serve a menu that includes oysters, shrimp, mussels, and Chernomorka’s signature dishes.
The restaurant can accommodate 101 guests indoors, with plans underway to open an additional 28-seat outdoor area.
The interior was designed by the Boho Design Studio, with designer Vasyl Herasymiuk in charge of the project. The space features a handmade chandelier, mural-style wall art, and award-winning chairs, which previously received the “Strikha” design award.
Chernomorka was founded by Olha Kopylova in Kyiv in 2013. The brand has grown steadily with locations in Bucha, Kharkiv, and Odesa, as well as several outlets in Europe and Moldova. In addition to its restaurants, Chernomorka operates its own seafood harvesting and logistics operations, ensuring freshness and quality across its network.
