Ukraine’s culinary events in 2025 are turning up the heat, offering food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals a full calendar of inspiring, educational, and flavor-packed experiences. From traditional Ukrainian gastronomy reimagined for modern tastes to international wine tastings and cutting-edge bar culture, the country is hosting some of Eastern Europe’s most vibrant food and drink gatherings.
Gastro Show
In May, two major events kick off the season. On May 13, the Ukrainian Gastro Show sets the stage with lectures and live masterclasses from Ukrainian chefs, restaurateurs, food historians, and gastro enthusiasts. Their goal? To adapt and rediscover the country’s forgotten and popular dishes for the 21st century.
Be Wine International Wine Show
Then, from May 24–25, the Be Wine International Wine Show transforms its venue into a wine lover’s paradise. Over 500 types of wine will be showcased, along with expert-led talks, professional tastings, and rapid sessions designed to deepen appreciation of both Ukrainian and international wines.
Young Chefs
In September, the focus shifts to emerging talent and innovation. On September 17, Young Chefs brings together the next generation of culinary creatives. This educational and inspirational event offers young chefs a platform to present their ideas, explore startups, and share experimental concepts in a supportive environment that celebrates bold thinking in gastronomy.
Barometer International Bar Show
Closing out September is one of Eastern Europe’s largest hospitality events. On September 27–28, the Barometer International Bar Show returns with high-energy tastings, top-tier lectures from hospitality experts, and the country’s biggest bar exhibition space. It’s the go-to event for mixologists, bar owners, and beverage innovators.
SALT. Restaurant Innovation Conference
In November, restaurant professionals will gather for the SALT. Restaurant Innovation Conference on November 6. This event dives deep into industry trends, creative business models, and modern solutions to challenges facing today’s food service market.
Creative Chefs Summit
Finally, the year ends on a creative note with the Creative Chefs Summit on December 2. Both Ukrainian and international chefs take the stage for a day of forward-thinking masterclasses and lectures, exploring everything from global food movements to hyper-local culinary identity.
With culinary events spread throughout the year and across key culinary cities, Ukraine is serving up more than just flavors—it’s a showcase of creativity, resilience, and innovation.
