This marks the fourth time the Ukrainian steakhouse has been included in the prestigious ranking—proof of its continued excellence in a highly competitive global dining scene.
Since its founding in 2010, BEEF has built a solid reputation not just in Ukraine but across the culinary world. The restaurant is known for its exceptional selection of meats sourced from some of the world’s most respected farms in the USA, Australia, Argentina, Spain, and Japan. This commitment to quality sets BEEF apart as the only steakhouse in Ukraine with such a wide international meat offering.
BEEF’s journey in the 101 World’s Best Steak Restaurants ranking has been one of steady recognition. The Kyiv favorite first appeared on the list in 2022 at number 76, followed by 86th in 2023, a strong 68th in 2024, and now 79th in 2025. Each appearance is a testament to the restaurant’s consistent performance and ability to remain a standout in a field full of world-class contenders.
In 2023, BEEF took a bold step by launching its own local meat production — the Ukrainian BEEF Selection. This in-house product line highlights premium Ukrainian beef and adds a local flavor to a menu that’s long been globally inspired.
